A clear, four-step process from inquiry to shipment — used by dealers across the Middle East, Africa and beyond.
- 1 · Inquiry & offer
Contact us on WhatsApp or through the inquiry form with the stock ID, or describe the model and year you need. We confirm availability and send a formal offer (PDF) with the FOB price, specifications and validity — within 24 hours.
- 2 · Proforma Invoice & deposit
When you confirm, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) with full vehicle details, price and bank information. A 30% deposit by T/T (bank transfer) secures the vehicle. We only commit the vehicle after your deposit — and we re-verify availability before issuing the PI.
- 3 · Preparation
The vehicle is purchased, transferred and moved to our partner workshop near the loading port for inspection, servicing and export preparation. You receive photo and video updates at each stage.
- 4 · Balance & shipment
You pay the balance before loading. The vehicle clears Chinese export customs and is shipped (container or RoRo). You receive the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Certificate of Origin to clear customs at your port.

Frequently asked questions
What does the FOB price include?
Everything up to loading: the vehicle, pre-export servicing and preparation, domestic transport to the port, export customs declaration and port handling. Ocean freight, marine insurance, import duties and clearance at your destination are on the buyer's side (standard under FOB, Incoterms 2020).
Can you check import rules for my country?
Import regulations (vehicle age limits, emission standards, certifications) are the importer's responsibility, since they depend on your local registration. That said, we know the common requirements of our main markets and will flag obvious problems — for example, vehicle age limits — before you commit.
How do I know the condition is real?
Every listing has a documented registration date, mileage and a written condition summary, with a full photo set. For vehicles that support it, third-party inspection can be arranged before your deposit.
What if the vehicle is sold before I decide?
Our offers are "subject to prior sale" — the used-car market moves fast and a listed vehicle can sell locally. That is exactly why we re-verify availability the moment you express intent, before any payment. If a vehicle is gone, we source the closest equivalent.
Can you ship multiple vehicles together?
Yes. Two to four sedans/SUVs typically fit one 40ft container, which lowers the per-unit freight. For larger orders we quote RoRo where the route allows. Tell us your target quantity and port and we will advise the best option with our freight partners.
